MOVE OFTEN

at home, supported

Mobile Physiotherapy

Noosa Hinterland & Sunshine Coast

Helping people stay mobile, confident and independent at home - with the right support in place.

At Project Physio, MOVE OFTEN is our approach to physiotherapy at home.

We support regular movement in a way that builds independence - using physiotherapy, everyday routines, and available supports to help people work towards their goals at home.

Support at home made simpler

Physiotherapy support may be accessed privately or through Support at Home / My Aged Care funding.

We help people understand what support is available and how to put it in place - without unnecessary complexity.

Experienced physiotherapists, supporting care at home

Care is delivered by experienced physiotherapists, with a calm, practical approach - focused on safe, supported movement at home.
